What do you mean by non-vendor-locking?
You are the account owner of the cloud provider, we are just another admin user there. We believe in good and long-term service and we do not believe in locking you with us.
Is there a minimal service term?
As we provide professional services and we have service costs as any other provider, the answer is yes. The minimum service term is three month which is a good time for you to check our services.
How come another cloud has such low prices?
Smaller public clouds have significantly lower infrastructural prices and they provide less "managed" services (as we are your "management" tier). Thus, the costs savings sometimes reaches to more than 50% monthly, which also reduces the ROI of the migration to the new cloud.
